In these times, when we’ve all been home more often, having a designated, actual space that’s yours alone to accomplish what you need, can be just the ticket to keep your days more productive & pleasurable!
Once you've covered your actual physical spaces, take some time to ponder what space you need to clear or create mentally, in order to live the healthiest-happiest everyday possible. It's often a complicated process, since we're all in overdrive all the time. But it's a given that if you don't have coping skills in play to give yourself the mental space you need to take care of yourself, everything else just gets harder.
Luckily, in this digital age, you can access lots of help online. Try the Calm App, or DoYogaWithMe. They have quite a few programs for all levels, & some are even free! It'll jumpstart your stress-busting skills & create an ability to clear your mind of clutter & focus on more productive mental activity.
What about learning something new? You can find great cooking classes, learn a new language, or take up a new hobby. All will give you enough of a breather to clear out chaotic thoughts & create a rewarding & interesting new space.
