In our Module II, we're all about energy-in all its' forms. It's a vast topic, so we're paying special attention to each form of energy, since they're all vital to your well-being.
Briefly here today, let's start with a simple synopsis:
Mental Energy: This includes your coping skills for stress-quieting the mind to calm & focus. Your creativity capabilities-for inspiration, motivation & talents. And your ability to set priorities & procedures for keeping it all running smoothly.
Physical Energy:Your ability to expend energy in a healthy way-sports,yoga,whatever produces respite from tension, & promotes endorphins. How you nourish your body-with healthy food & drink. Your ability to sleep well, & the restorative patterns you need, like learning to take breaks, so you can continually replenish & refresh.
Social Energy: The connections you make-both personally & professionally, & how you prioritize & manage them.Your ability to take a sensory break from all the buzz, whether online or in your living room. Your quest for ways to reinforce positivity, & ability to distance the negative, whether in your own thoughts, or from people in your entourage.
Spiritual Energy: Emotionally, we all need to feel empowered & connected in the universe. Here we try to discover our authentic selves. To find out what purpose connects us to a larger collective.
