Y-for you, because you control much more than you think. You, because ultimately, you have a choice & can decide for yourself. Finally, you, because you can achieve your goals when you embrace the power you really have to succeed. Here's the link to our SCRY TipSheet.
An important premise is discovering the difference between self-awareness, which is vital, & self-absorption, which is counter-productive. Many people seek analysis with professionals to find out more about themselves, so they can better understand what makes them tick.
There is a huge difference that most people overlook. Because we are all so concerned with not being to self-centered, we try often not to focus on ourselves, but on those we care about. In doing so, we lose touch with all the elements of ourselves we can use to achieve our goals.
Self-awareness is healthy, because it provides the clarity, focus, & perspective to rally everything realistically, you can to achieve your goals.
We've all met narcissists. They are self-consumed & rarely engage in anything other than navel-gazing. They're certainly not healthy & productive, because they have no true perspective on who they are. They rarely seek any help, because they're unaware they're out of touch, & never really think they need it.
Getting comfortable with the difference between the 2 is the foundation for becoming a better you. So you can clearly delineate all the assets you can tap, & be more confident knowing you can use your self-awareness to help you succeed in achieving what you want. A self-confident & engaged, productive, person with a clear view through the lens on life on how to live a healthier-happier life.
Everyone has a common thread, but it is a very diverse scenario that works for each of us, because we're all living different lifestyles. It's important for us to take time to explore who we are, so as to better create a viable game plan reflective of our unique personalities, strengths, weaknesses & resources.
We really have the means to craft whatever we need to make each day healtheir & happier, & to implement plans to keep on getting better & better. Just remember YOU are the key to getting what you want. You really do have more control, the ability to discern & decide, & the means to set you game plan in motion.
