Identifying your goals & values is a lot harder than you think, that's why we've devoted quite a bit of time walking through the many aspects that factor in. Our blog covers all the ins & outs we review to home in on what are goals really are, by deciphering the values we have. We followed up with our podcast, but it's a recurring theme in everything that challenges how we try to achieve our goals, so we're never really done!
Lastly, to wrap up the lessons in the first part of our course, we're all about harnessing your willpower with tips on everything you can use to keep you motivated & moving towards your goal. Willpower is a sticky-wicket for everyone, because life so often gets in the way!
