Where things get sticky, is of course when times get tough, & it becomes more difficult to get & stay happy. But, the good news is-happiness is a state of mind that you can cultivate. And, once you create a process you can use, it becomes easier to get, & stay happy.

-Surround yourself with like-minded seekers of happiness. People who are positive. People who laugh easily. People who boost spirits, not dampen them. Feeling happy is contagious, so look for people who bring & share joy & laughter.
