Once you're comfortable with the intention you've set, & you've made the commitment & created rituals to remind & inspire you to keep at it, then it's time to realize the resources you'll need.
Just as everyone & their lifestyle is unique, so are the resources they'll need to achieve their goals. But, for certain, the more pertinent resources you rally to your cause, the better your chances are of success!
Start with a tried & true baseline-write everything you think you'll need down. Include what the costs are in time, energy, space & equipment, & actual money. List items & people who can help. Changes in what you eat, or how you work? Partners that might help & support you? New ways of approaching things that will give you a better chance of staying on track?
Perhaps you will benefit from a new meal service to tailor your way of eating. Or a Fitbit to help keep track of your progress. Maybe start a family or neighborhood group to get walking into your everyday lifestyle. What about enlisting a great coach? Patrick & I love sharing the tips & tools we've accumulated to help people get where they want to go! You can check out our packages here.
There are millions of ways to make sure you stay motivated & moving towards your goals. They're all part of your helpline, so rally up these resources, they will definitely make a difference!
Don't forget to remember to review, refresh & reward yourself. It's no fun to toil endlessly without some recognition & perks at the end of the day.
